With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury wellness industry, Branden brings a wealth of leadership and expertise to The Spa at Rivet House as part of Old Edwards Hospitality Group. He most recently served as Executive Director of Spa & Wellness at the Hotel Crescent Court and previously held the role of Spa Director at the renowned Pinehurst Resort & Country Club. Earlier in his career, he held multiple executive leadership positions with Mokara Spas at Omni Hotels & Resorts. Branden brings a deep understanding of the evolving spa and wellness marketplace and a proven ability to navigate its competitive landscape while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Known for his passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to exceeding guest expectations, he is dedicated to creating memorable and meaningful wellness journeys. Outside of work, Branden enjoys exploring great food and wine and traveling to new destinations with his wife, Johanna.

MANDY KWIATKOWSKI

Spa Manager

Mandy brings 13 years of experience in esthetics, beauty, sales, and retail management, along with a passion for exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships. With a creative spirit and a love for all things beauty, she strives to create a welcoming environment where every spa guest feels valued, relaxed, and cared for.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys traveling, exploring new places, swimming, hiking, stargazing, cooking, reading, drawing, and spending time with her two cats. She believes in the power of teamwork, positive energy, and continuous growth, and she looks forward to connecting with new guests while helping create a peaceful space for relaxation and rejuvenation at The Spa at Rivet House.

BECKY SMITH

Esthetician

I've been a licensed esthetician since 2013, holding licenses in both Arizona and Georgia. I specialize in anti-aging treatments, HydraFacials, and acne care, and I'm passionate about helping my clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. I love creating personalized, relaxing facial experiences where you can unwind, feel pampered, and leave feeling refreshed and confident in your skin. Helping others look and feel their best is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do! Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and getting lost in a good book. I look forward to welcoming you to The Spa at Rivet House and helping you feel your very best!

Massage Therapist

I am originally from a small town in South Georgia, and I've always had a genuine love for caring for others. Massage therapy became a beautiful way for me to combine that passion with my love for creating moments of peace and relaxation. There's nothing I love more (aside from maybe my two dogs) than helping someone leave feeling lighter, restored, and a little more like themselves. I hope to see y'all soon.
